I was using 5w30 and it was really noisy, so I went to 10w30 Mobil 1 and it is really good.

Mike is right, also be sure to check your fuel/air ratio from the log (if you played with that). It may be a combination of the two, but its knocking for sure.

Thanks for the post, I will see if it works for my application... The idle crap is driving me crazy, the surge is really bad. On the top end it goes really well still, but what a pain it is to get these on the money.
