When measuring the tires size for tune modification. Where do you take the measurement from? The ground to the top of the tire? Or middle of hub to top of tire?

Me and patience are mortal enemies. I keep checking this post multiple times a day waiting to hear it is ready and released

Is this with a PCM swap or just tuning the stock one?

I have just received my diablosport u7191 and I am just curious if I really need to pull any fuses to perform this tune. I don't have onstar and wasn't sure if that was only reason for pulling the fuses.
