Check the plug coming from the Puck going to the MAP sensor. The pins can pull out pretty easy and would cause these problems. If you look at the plug from the back side(female end) the rubber insert may be sticking out. Just push the wires in to re-seat them and clear the codes and start er up ...

You left the tune on the 03 so it is VIN locked and can't be used on any other vehicle. If you still can get to the other vehicle ask the dealership if they will let you set it back to stock. then you can use it on your new truck. It is normal for this to happen when you load a tune into your truck. It comes from the increased rail pressure and it takes a few minutes to bleed off. It doesn't cause any harm to the engine. It does it slightly even in your stock tune.
