First, that definately is an old version of the tuner. I'm not sure if it is updatable or not. Mike r Lew can probably answer that. If it is, all you need to do is get a serial to USB cable to hook to your computer, and a 12V power supply to power up the tuner, and you are good to go.

Ok, I got it. I got a serial to usb cable and it works fine. Just got my tune back from Lew!

I'm using a straight serial to serial cable. And I checked and my serial drivers are up to date. Maybe I'll try getting a serial to USB and try it that way.

So I'm trying to get ready for my tune from Lew. I downloaded all the software and got a serial cable. I can't get the program to see the tuner. I'm following the instructions in the program:

Well, not counting variations from one brand to another, ( there can be a big difference in the same size tire between say a BFG and a Goodyear ) a 285/75-R16 is the equivalent of a 33x11.50-16. Your new ones should be a wider tire with a larger wheel/shorter sidewall, but by specs would be the same ...
