I updated yesterday. Today it wont find my computer. Or my computer isnt finding my tuner???

Today I updated my programmer. Now it tells me my car is not compatable with the programmer. what do I do?
I have a 2005 srt4 with an older intune

I have an 05 dodge srt4. I plugged my intune in...it booted I went to logging. I thought it was recording . It said it was making a file. Later I plugged the intune into my computer & I can't find the file at all. I'm using data viewer 3.3 . Does my computer have to be plugged in also to data log?

I adjusted my tune this morning. I added 15% more fuel. My wideband after read 15-16 . Now when I shift gears my wideband tells me 12-13, thats perfect. Car runs like garbage now. I have a 05 dodge srt-4, big turbo, all the fuel goodies, I know my fuel delivery is good. Do I program even more fuel?

I have been recording data logs & when I plug into my computer I open logs . No new logs are there. My intune says its making a file

I have a 05 srt4. When I try to tune it puts. (intune has no tunes available for this PCM) Please restore. Now when I restore my intune freezes. What am I doing wrong???
