Any 2013 SRT Chargers out there Install a tune? I'm that guy that always waits til the bitching subsides, then I know its safe :)
But I got an itch that wont go away, should I or shouldn't I?

Its a much longer install on my 2013 challenger than my 2012 ram 5.7, maybe 30 minutes. Everything loaded ...

I got the same message on my 2013 challenger, just let it go & do it.

Just plug your tuner into your computer & let it do the auto update. Thats the best way to stay up to date with the software

Mike, Just did the software upgrade to my DCX. It took about 5 minutes so it must have been a big file. I have a few questions.

1. What was the upgrade for???

2. Will my DCX I1000 now be compatible with 2013 Chargers as well ...

and, now we have a public display of why I hate guessing at release dates :)

even when I know its all tested and working, it can still be held up. There was a delay with the build process, will be ready tomorrow... :)

I originally bought my Intune DCX for my 2012 ram 5.7. Well I traded truck & loaded the original file back into the truck. Can I use this tuner in my 2013 Challenger R/T without having to do anything else to it?

I had the same combo on my 2012, could never get it right. You're best to contact a tuner for a custom tune. My 93 custom is worlds better than the stock diablo tunes.

Shouldn't have assumed It may be sometime before the 13's are supported

Attached in my log for 2012 ram 5.7L equipped with a magnaflow exhaust & k&N 63-1561 CAI. The truck seems to hit a flat spot in the upper rpms now with the CAI. I boosted the WOT fuel by 3% in all 3 ranges.


What should I do?

Around the 3 minute mark there's a WOT run to about 80mph

Is adding the 5% WOT typical with all vehicles when using CAI's ? Just wondering since I added a CAI to my 2012 ram last night & I'm using the 91 tune.

I was told even with the 91 tune, you should be using 93 octane

we found a bug, it has been temporarily remedied, and now we're planning a new update today to make everything work as planned ;)


I've been running the 91 tune for a week or so now in my 2012 ram, should I update & plug into my truck? Are the updates in the tunes or ...

If you can start your truck, you're doing better than some on here. I think they pushed this product out to match BD's item.
