I have 2004 GMC Sierra 8.1 w/allison. It runs well stock. I loaded the 87 tune and it now has almost no throttle response when taking off from a dead stop. Once it shifts to second and above 3,000 RPM's it seems to run ok. I loaded the original backup so I could drive the truck.

I'm having the same exact problem and the car was purchased new, it has never been tuned. I'm using a trinity with trinity_gm_can_gas-1r13r_update.crom

I called the dealer to have the car reflashed with the current stock calibration, then I will try again.

I would start by installing the original tune and updating the predator. 9r04 is from 10-15-08. The latest is 9r13 from 8-11-10.
