Yes it does but the actuators are disconnected and MDS is turned off. I have never had an issue. My understanding is with out the actuators the engine acts the same, although the cam might be slightly different in the LX motor from what some Dodge techs have told me. I am now think maybe my butterfly valve was in correctly the first time and I am just having the surging idle issue I have read about here. Since i have an LX block maybe the car timing is different and not playing well with the ram tune, Hmmm... any thoughts?

Turns out during my reassembly of the throttle body I installed the butterfly plate incorrectly. The shop must have flashed my ECU to increase the throttle position. I now have a DB tuner and tried to lower my idle with no luck. After I shut down the engine I have to reset the throttle to get it to ...
