Op. is this a PCM we modified for you, or was this a new pcm?

Please send me an email, [email protected] It appears a step was missed during the programing. An Unfortunate event but errors do happen. We will gladly call tag the PCM to solve whatever issue is present.

Hellcat Has arrived. Tuning to commence.

The AWD isn't affected by the PCM calibration. I think the TCM is a bit pissed off. Go into the quick adjust menu _transmission _ and reset TCM adaptives . Try that.

That means exactly what it says. the tool is telling you it was unable to see the vin but was able to communicate with the pcm. The tool will not proceed unless the pcm is programed with a vin number.

You will need to get the vin number checked before proceeding. If your dealership doesn't want to ...

so the car is starting and running. ?

If the car is starting and running all you have to do is tell you engine tuner to set the engine scaller from 6.1 to 5.7 so that abs will like the codes being received from the pcm.

AS mike L suggested IT seems like the trinity is not powering up. If the main screen does not come on then the software will never find the tool.

you wrote its a blank screen does the screen have any writing while plugged into a car or the computer?

what version of ds downloader are you running? and did the software ever ask you to register or anything like that. ?

Kudos to Diablo for breaking the code! Myself, and thousands of other people are still wondering if there is an ETA for the 2012 Ram 5.7 update to hit? A little info would go a long ways! Thanks guys! :D

I have some stupid questions for Diablo.. (sorry I am not the sharpest tool in the shed)

1) I have no engine ...

as the other user has stated You need to do a calibration update.

go to diablosport.com under downloads look for the trinity (t1000) and you need dsdownloader to continue.

no big deal the tool still needs to finish updates.

Please connect back to the pc and check this.
go to the intune drive and look for a file called get cdrom. is it there click on it.
if not look in the my computer screen for the diablosport cdrom icon. double click on it if it is there.

as above said you need to return the vehicle back to stock first.

do you have dataviewer open on your computer?
