I set the IDLE parameter both at 200. Is that safe? This parameter is just giving me a deeper sound, right? if no, What is it really affecting?

On the 5.7L, There isn't much point changing the shift points from what's listed, especially in the Quick Adjust. It won't give you anything. The values listed are the best ones for the 5.7L. Get a 180 T-Stat and adjust your fans. Get some 91 or 93 Octane (try and steer clear of Ethanol if you can ...

1. What do the 'REV changes do?What would be considered safe settings if modifying?

2 .In the 'Quick Adjust' menu under the 'Shift Points' parameter it states that the it will raise the shift points by a set values on the 5.7L: 1-2 shifts at 5,800RPM,2-3 & 3-4 shifts at 6,000RPM ...

I tweak:

throttle to 10%

idle ac on and off to
200

notice the difference with throttle but not idle.

What does the idle parameter do?
The tweaks that I did with not hurt my engine, right?
