What's the deal with the Hard shifts at the high end? Can that be adjusted? Or just pound the shit out of it?

So I need to restore the factory tune, and then re-install the 87oct, but before doing so, there should be an option to modify 87oct tune?

I find the shifts to be pretty hard at the upper rpm range. Yesterday when I went WOT from stop, the tires chirped when it shifted to second.
