Real Timeline-

TCM support will be released in March.

Your mileage may vary on the year, the models and year of vehicle it will function on, and what peripheral will have it...

Most of us already knew what was up when perfectly good Predators got phased out by a mere firmware update (9r11 or 9r12 or so). Don't be surprised if TCM magically gets pushed to only working for 2015 and up vehicles, lol.

Haha, I know that won't happen. I wanted one at one point, but now that I see they'll actually all of a sudden stop supporting a given hardware revision of a device, it's a no go. An obsolete $300 device pisses me off. An obsolete $600 ($500 with the credit or my discounts though) device just might ...

Speaking of Avys, Lew, don't suppose you have a way to force an otherwise "broken" Predator to pass one of your tunes through do ya? I finally have enough spare change to get a tune (at the new price lol) but it would take a hell of alot of Everclear and Bacardi 151 to drink myself into buying ...

They do offer an upgrade AFAIK. It just has a ridiculous price tag attached to it. $100 last I checked.

Now, what would be nice is that an option is given as such that they'll e-mail you when your Predator is going to become obsolete so you can at least sell it.

This is really getting out of hand IMO. This page has what, 82 pages now? Diablo is a spitting image of the government run in California. I don't know if you guys have heard about it or not, but lawmakers are trying to ban plastic bags in that state lol. If that isn't a clear definition of stupid ...

I have kept quiet for long enough and hoping to get TCM for my predator. This will be my last post. I don't feel that going to court with Diablosport would even be worth it. They have so much power, money, and the ability to lie to all of their customers as much as they wish. All for their own ...

I concur. Lew is about 75% of the reason to even own a Predator between his tech support, general knowledge, and custom tunes.

And just in case someone decides to answer, I have another question

If I have a backup of my original stock tune file, can it be moved to another Predator in order for it to be restored to my vehicle?
