I have this same issue when the programmer is set to stock, no 5 in the indicator, but raise the shift points and it shows up. Why?

My 06 Charger R/T R&T does this MDS pulse moving the trans to 5th stops the surge. I will try the mds delete and see the results in fuel milage. I'm in Jacksonville, FL. How far to your place?

My car does the same thing surges when in MDS flat highway any mph. This is very troubling to me.
What is going on?
