The TCM looks good, but the PCM has a couple that have changed.

Do you mean reflash them or replace them??

I have a 2005 Chevy SSR with 6.0L LS2. As soon as I got to performance and select automatic as my transmission, the trinity says my calibration is not supported and that I must export the backup file and call diablo sport.
