What should the temp.setting be set to?

I have the PreditorX on my 2019 Grand Cherokee 5.7L. I installed a 180* Thermostat, my problem is there is only one fan speed setting on the X app. It is high speed only . I don't like hearing the fan. I'm used to 3 fan speed setting. not too bad in this cold weather. Hope there will be an update ...

I've had the 93 CAI tune installed in my 2006 300c with the latest crom file installed with no problem until now. I'm starting to get the mds surging at low speeds. I was told there is an update to calm the mds down a bit. Please help ?
