I just got my intune and i had to update it. Then i hooked it up and said unknown pcm. it read my vehicle and said to email the tune.i can not figure out how to access the tune it wrote from my vehicle to email it. under vehicle info it says locked... down at the bottom of the screen

I have a 2009 Escalade that has a lot of carbon build up from the exhaust. I am running the Diablo tune. How can i fix this?

I will be sending my 09 Escalade into the dealer for repair. Do I need to put the stock tune back in before it goes?

I just got it in the mail today mike..I spoke to you yesterday and you said the old one didnt have enough memory and the new one will have the current info..up to date. it has v.9r14

I just got a new 7194 and I couldnt find the setting for max speed. I was able to turn the rev speed off thats it. I was able to do it on my older version on my 07 Denali, couldnt find it on this new one..any help please?

Monte..Mike emailed me the 9r10 and I dl it to the unit but when I hooked it up to my Escalade I didnt have the choices I had originally which were Diablo tune ..87 octane tune..ect..all it had was..modify stock tune and original backup..so I chose modify stock tune. It said downloading stock tune ...

ok I tried to update it and when it was almost done it stopped and a message said to much data or something and now it just says it needs a crom file to work. any ideas?

I have my u7194 I had used on my 07 Denali and I tryed to install on my 09 Escalade ext and a message says vehicle not supported. The chart says u7194 is for a 09 Escalade...any reason why it wont work?
