I remember with the Predator, there was no reason to go back to stock to load a different canned tune. I currently have the 87 octane perf tune loaded, and I want to load the 93 octane tune at some point.

Is there any reason to return to stock with the inTune DCX prior to loading the 93 octane ...

Installed my BT Catch Can last week. My STKR has gone from 3 - 4 degrees to a respectable (and repeatable) 1.5 degrees -- and the can has already collected a slight film of goop in the bottom.

You can't go wrong with a catch can. If nothing else, it looks cool.

What can you tell us about BPs Invigorate? The Hemi really seems to like the stuff what ever it might be. Or it may just like it because its in the gas with no Ethanol. Either way I'm curious.

PS: The Hemi loves a bit of NitroMethane in the tank. Changes the sound a lot and runs real strong ...

Only way to determine if the raised shift points are right for you is to run it down the track a few times...

Last night I did a very un-scientific (non-track) comparison with 6k shift points vs. stock shift points in the 300c. Long story short, I changed back to stock shift points after about 30 ...

I realize this topic has been covered ad naseum, but there are tons of opinions floating around so I am asking the experts (Johan and MikeL):

Do raised shift points make any difference in performance for a 5.7 with a few bolt-ons? I have run across posts where folks are convinced that raised shift ...

Just an item for the wish-list:

If possible, could the Cooling Fan parameters be added to the Quick Adjust menu? That would be especially beneficial for those of us running cooler thermostats.

It is a fairly common practice for us cooler T-Stat guys to bump up the Fan temps every couple of weeks ...

Are you guys running a 185 thermostat or stocker? What are you setting your fans at? (I have just loaded the 91CAI tune on my car with the stock airbox. I also have HF cats and a 185 stat.

I am running the stock thermostat with the default fan settings in 9r04.......Low ...

Trying the the 9r04 93 CAI tune took care of my KR issue even though I run the stock airbox with a Mopar drop-in filter (thanks Johan).

My ST KR went from 5.5 with the Perf 93 tune to between 0.5 and 1.5 with the 93 CAI tune -- no other fuel or spark changes were made. My 5.7 has never pulled this ...

I have an 07 300c with the 5.7. I am currently running the 93 octane tune (crom 9r04) with increased shift firmness, and 6,000rpm shift points.

I do not want to fully disable ESP which I know can be done via the Predator.......but I am wondering if the Diablo guys saw any performance difference ...

I just finished upgrading a 2007 300C 5.7 to R20 (from R18). I followed the website directions to the letter and the upgrade process was flawless.

Yes there is a noticeable difference with R20 -- but it is a very good difference :twisted:

I was getting some audible pinging at WOT with the R18 93 ...
