2013 Focus ST
I can load the custom tune to the E drive and tuner says custom tune loaded , hit continue , go to settings and erase custom tune and its there , go to tune vehicle , advanced and the custom tune option is not showing available , ran updates no luck

from an Intune , working with 4.9.0.1 , I got it to work by using the last tune written , but when trying to open original backup it wont work

well that did not work , he zipped the file up and it still gives same message

Did the email system compress the tune file and screw it up ? only shows to be 591 KB now that I look a little closer , seems to me that the file size should be much larger than that ? I requested that he send me the file again in a zip folder this time.

I would say take 2 out of the global spark just to be safe IMO
