Yes it can disable everything, the AFM and the limiter. Don't worry about the mileage, you can still install a tune. I installed an intake and tune on my CTS-V with less then 500 miles on it. Still only has 1400, but its fine.

Can you elaborate? Yes what? The in Tune will perform the AFM disabale and alter the top speed limiter without any added tune package? Or do you have to install a particular tune package that includes the AFM disable and top speed limiter?leeindy wrote:Yes
