my friend has a 05 gt with:
bbk cai
bbk 62mm t/b
bbk headers
steeda u/d pullys
but he does not have a tune in the car. i am suprised that it even starts!
we were wondering what the best tune/tuner is availabe for this setup?
like a u7140 with a canned tune?

thats what i thought, thanks for reply. i will put stock tune back into pcm and and have the dealer relash the pcm with new gears and then reload my tune and make the adjustments.

i will be swaping out rearend gears to 373 ratio. my question is, can i change the pcm stock tune with tuner and leave the tuner unlocked. or should i have the dealer reflash pcm with new gear ratio. the reason i ask is if i remove the cai and all the other parts i have put on the car to sell it ...

was looking for a cmr dealer in my area. i checked the locator section on the site. the closest dealer is about 12hrs away. i will need tune for motion control plates and n.o.s. do you have any suggestions or do you know of any dealers in this area that may not be listed on this site. i live in nova ...

have a question about steeda motion delete plates and nitrous. if i installed the plates with nitrous fittings. would the 91 tune work with this or will i
need a custom tune to get the gain in performance. i dont plan on doing nos untill later.

was reading your post and had a thought on subject. when you installed the airaid c.a.i. did you use the screws supplied with kit to install the m.a.f? if you used the factory screws from oem intake (they are longer) you may have cracked the housing.or if you tightened them too much it may have ...

if you look in product support section of site it says r38 changes oem select and adds some cai tunes.check it out. the people on this site are awsome! good luck joe

8) whats up people! installed r38 update on u7140 and used the airaid tune. the car is working great,wow what a difference!!!! but it seems like when i lift on the throttle a lilttle bit it pulls better. could the air fuel mix be off a littlle at w.o.t. ? i am planning to put the car on a dyno a.s.a ...
