how would i go about getting a custom tune?

Ok. I am new at this. Bought a diablo predator just after i bough the truck about 5 years ago but never really used it. I recently had to do the EGR delete because of issues with it, and now the check engine light is on.

The shop that put it on said I would have to buy a custom tuner to get rid of ...

Ok, I have a 2006 F250 Diesel and put an EGR delete kit on it. I have a Diablo Predator that I haven't used, and have never upgraded it. The sticker on the back of it says 2005 6.0. I bought it shortly after I got the truck.
