yall are lucky i can't even log mine into the computer or the vehicle it freezes 5 secs while trying to load

My intune is freezing up and won't let me use through the USB or the OBD2 cable...It starts to load then 5 secs in between the L and the O in Diablo it freezes, The computer doesn't even see it as a drive.
