I have tried every crom and called to try toget this working. I cannot get a calibration ID to load? my tool wont download my stock tune and re load a custom tune. need help getting cali id

I cant get my tool to auto connect.
I dont see the buttin to update my DCX calibration? how do I check my tool to make sure I have the latest calibration update?

how do you force calibration if it says not supported? I am having the same problem. a tech took my info but has not gotten back to me.
