I emailed and asked back in December and received this:

we recently hired an engineer right out of GM who is re-doing the GM tools right now. Currently he is updating the GM Class 2 tools to function like our newest tools for Ford, GM CAN and Chrysler (5 custom tunes, datalogging, etc ...

I have the 7191 for my 05 GTO with and automatic and would like to know if the first to second shift to could be changed to shift 3 to 5 MPH later.
