Just an update, restoring the stock and then reinstalling the new tune and then pulling the battery for 20 mins fixed it. Odd.

wow, that's odd... I've flashed my car MANY times and have never had that issue, nor have I heard of anyone else having that happen... very wierd...

are you pulling the onstar fuse before you install a tune?

how about trying this... after you install a tune, cycle the key like it tells ya, blah ...

I finally was able to install the tune for my 2007 Yukon Denali (u7194 8r06 release). Everything has worked great, except now my vehicle can no longer receive or make calls using the OnStar system, though the OnStar button back to OnStar works. Removed the tune, and everything worked great again ...

Guess third time is a charm, plugged it in a couple of times more and it finally worked...? A little odd, oh well. Still need to download the update. :) Thanks! i had this issue before. when i floor it and she car shifts down into 2nd gear, it bounces of the rev limitor. i reinstalled the factory program, then installed just the performance program and nothng else and it still does it. i guess i should reinstall the factoy tune and see if it does it ...

*Sigh* I went to install a tune on my Denali after getting some time to do it.

I plugged the Diablo in, select performance tunes, and I get an error stating that my vehicle is not supported. D'oh. What do I need to do to fix this?

Edit: I am using the U7194... With the 8r06 firmware.

If you raised the limiter by 300 rpm and you are still hitting it, you may need to have the tranny checked out.

Mine also did this stock. Come to find out, my speed sensor plug (think thats what it was) was leaking transition fluid. Got a new plug and problem went away.

Checked and no leak @ all. (Shouldn't either as I only have 2k miles on it, bought it new with 0 miles back in October).
