Key is on... Battery is fully charged....Snap on scanner communicates fine.

Plugged the Intune into 2 different Dodge trucks and get this message (no vehicle detected) when trying any function 1) 2004 manual trans 2wd 2)2005 auto trans 4wd but when I tried it on my 2007 silverado seems to work fine. Any ideas?
