Can't load an old Predator backup factory ECU file to my i3

Hi.
I have a 2006 Chrysler 300c 5.7L. I bought a Predator tuner in 2012 and several years later updated to an InTune1000. I converted my custom tune to it successfully. Last year, my InTune1000 broke so I bought an i3. My custom tune copied to the i3 successfully.
I hadn't needed to reload the ...

Re: i1000 not responding when Building Tune

I added the file to the Intune root directory as instructed. The unit didn't display anything and I left it alone for about 5 minutes. I assumed it imported the file silently but I had no way of knowing. I then did the following:

1. Ran Update Agent as instructed after copying the file to the root ...

Re: i1000 not responding when Building Tune

Hi Mike,

The display read that the change was completed and to unplug the tuner, per usual. I've never had an issue with this unit. I attached the info file as requested, plus a photo of the Vehicle Info data, and a photo of the Tune Vehicle error describing the tuner's inability to locate the ...

i1000 not responding when Building Tune

I have an i1000 version 1r03n. Last night, I changed the transmission shift points and it wrote the new tune successfully. Today, I wanted to check the tire setting but when I selected Adjustable Parameters, it prompted me to install the tune from the previous night. I selected yes and the Building ...

Re: Throttle sticking. Very dangerous. Please help.

Hi Mike & Johan.

I applied the tune and everything has been fine since. No more delayed throttle. It drives smoother too. Thanks.
I have three questions for you:

1. On the dyno, we see a spark drop at 3100rpm to 3300rpm. I attached the print out. Can you see what's causing it in the attached tune ...

Re: Throttle sticking. Very dangerous. Please help.

Thanks Mike.

I will compare the before and after tunes and make the necessary changes to disable the rear O2 sensors.

I would really like to know what Johan did. I keep track of tune changes to see what works and what doesn't. Can you please ask him? I will appreciate it.

Thanks again.

Re: Throttle sticking. Very dangerous. Please help.

The rear sensors are in the pipes, but the wiring loom doesn't reach, so they are unplugged. I've had them like this for a few years without an issue. I thought about reconnecting them by extending the loom from the engine bay side, but the performance shops I've spoken to who had installed headers ...

Re: Throttle sticking. Very dangerous. Please help.

Hi Johan.

I have the rear O2 sensors disconnected, because of the long tube headers. I loaded your updated code and I'm getting errors for the O2 heaters, specifically p0058 h025 heater control circut high voltage bank 2 sensor 2, and p0038 h025 heater control circut high voltage bank 1 sensor 2 ...

Throttle sticking. Very dangerous. Please help.

Hi.

I have a 2006 5.7L 300c RWD. It has a procharger P1SC1 unit, with long tube headers and mopar exhaust.
I have a problem with the throttle sticking. On several occasions, the situation was very dangerous on the road. I need your help quite urgently. Procharger can't help me any further. I also ...
