Thanks for the info., Mike. Are you saying that if I upgrade my early version Predator to the latest CROM file, that I'll be able to program different differential ratios into the NAG1 TCM? If so, what ratio options will I be able to choose from?
Thanks....I appreciate your help.

i2010 questions for 05 Magnum and 06 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Mike and other i2010 owners, I am considering the purchase of an i2010 tuner, with additional license for both of my moderately modified (cams, headers, pulleys, tuners, throttle bodies, etc.) 05 Hemi (5.7) Dodge Magnum and 06 Hemi (5.7) Jeep Grand Cherokee, but I need some questions answered before ...

Hemi Closed Loop Tuning, MDS and Gas Prices
Now that gas prices are over $4.00 in most places, can you please (no, pretty please with sugar on it) add features to the Predator that will allow us to manipulate the timing during closed loop operation? Also, many of us with the Hemi MDS would like to be able to make slight adjustements to the ...

Why would you leave your Predator at home? I always carry mine.
Question:
If you were "out of town" and had to go to a dealer for "emergency" maintenance requiring a PCM flash....what would you do? You wouldn't be able to put it back to stock if they had to mess with it. Plus, when you get home you ...

RE: Predator with DashHawk
I've got the same exact setup you have. I wish I could say it works, but for some reason it doesn't. The Predator says it can't read the PCM when the Dashhawk is hooked up. I still have the "Y" cable hooked up, as it makes it easier to switch between the DS and the DH without fumbling around for the ...

Stolen U7135
Isn't the stolen U7135 now useless to whoever has it, because it has the true owner's VID and tune in it?? If the thief returns it to you guys, will you know it's stolen, and will you confiscate it, or reset it and return it to the thief? Just curious on how that all would work.

MBT spark adjustment??
I haven't downloaded the R18 update yet, but I'd like to know what the MBT spark adjustment does? In other words, what does the acronym "MBT" stand for? All seems to be working well with R17, so do I even need to update to R18? I have a 5.7. Thanks for your help.

RE: Closed Loop Tuning
Thanks, Mike. Did I read on a thread here that single user CMR software will be available from you folks? If so, I would like the purchase details. I don't think one trip to a CMR dealer would "zero in" closed loop timing, and it would probably be too costly to keep going back for minor adjustments ...

RE: Another Cooling Fan and Octane Question
I live at about 3000 ft. elevation and routinely run 91 with the 93 tune. I have a Dashhawk and monitor knock retard. I get no knock retard with this setup. I use real gasoline too, not the reformulated, or ethanol laced stuff. The type (brand) of fuel you use definitely can make a difference, too ...

Idahospeeddon, did you ever get to the bottom of this dilema? Which tune did you end up running, or did you get a CMR tune?

Closed Loop Tuning
Is there, or are you going to come out with Closed Loop tuning ability, similar to what you have for the WOT mixture/timing adjustments? . I am mostly interested in adjusting the ignition timing during light throttle closed loop operation. Thanks!

RE: Re: RE: MDS Custome Tuning
I believe Bob's question was, "can the MDS activation parameters be massaged so it comes on sooner, and stays on longer?" A lot of us do not want to deactivate it.....we're after economy. Can the parameters be adjusted?
