Is there a driver for windows 8.1 64 bit?

I have a 2000 Mustang GT. Steeda cai and flowmaster catback exaust. I Want to add BBK short headers and mid-pipe.

A PI ntake won't work without PI heads plus it will up your compression 1 point. They changed the heads in 99. I have a 2000 GT

I just got a u7778 summit said it came with a 6ft usb cord. It looks more like 6in to me which one is right?

This guy has a 2000 chev truck that has a 87 tune why doesn't a U7146
