Gotcha, but what happened to it, why do I/we have to go about it a different way now? Plus, still stuck with not being able to register the tool... It's not the end of the world if I can not register it, just as long as I can do my updates.

OK.... sigh! It rebooted and said it calibrated but still the Adjustable Parameters are shaded in grey and I can not make changes and I still can not register the tool....

Wait!! Its doing something... I tried it again but did not do the drag and drop... I downloaded it and saved to the intune... I will keep you posted lol Sorry..

Yep, I am in the intune drive. I see the three things PLUS now there is a Diablo icon with the word download next to it. It's calling it an internet shortcut?

When I open the intune folder I see the Diablo icon and it says next to it download, I click on it and it says no program to open it. I click on the part where it was let web open and it gets stuck there....

Sorry Mike but I am at a loss here.... I did the drag/drop and let the tool do something but it never rebooted. I unpluged and let it reboot that way and after it was done I got all the same issues....cant I change my setting, cant I do updates, wont it let me register the product....

OK, I have done a few updats already in the past... It has asked me to register the tool a few times and I cant! I get a window that pops up saying "SMTP error. Function connect failed (104). Come on this seems to be getting worse... Im sorry but I am getting frustrated with this product now.... Why ...

OK, so I click write tune, while trying to SAVE original tune (reading) it comes up PCM has been tuned before by a DiabloSport product. NEXT is does say Please unplug this intune and then connect it to a PC with internet access (you can unplug this intuneand connect it elsewhere)

Nope, I don't think it did ask that... Is that an update that needs to be done online? If so I have plugged in and done an online update just yesterday. Im stummped....

Soooooooo when I wehn in to try what you said to do I get as far as chick the green check to select tune. After you check that it go right into reading and trying to save old tune, the next green check does not come up and asks to modify the tune. Once is trys to save the old tune a window pops up ...

That is the problem.... I go into the tune and that is where I should be able to do any mods, but the adjustable parameters can not be clicked on. It is shaded in grey and when you click on it nothing happens....
