Cold Air Intake + Lower Thermostat + Exhaust = Custom Tune?

I have the intune for my 06 Trailblazer SS. I want to put on a cold air intake, cooler thermostat, and i've done a little exhaust work. How would I go about getting a tune to support these mods?

It was nowhere near as bad this morning as it has been...it usually is to the point of almost stalling out.
