Time lapse after adjustment
07 A6 C6, 7194 Predator. It is suggested that on a C6 corvette to put 100+ miles on it after adjusting a change in your fuel trims and then recheck. By then the temperature has risen and the humidity changed rendering the results of a recheck useless. Normally how accurate does a fuel trim change ...

Help Monte!
07 A6 C6 7194 Predator 93 octane tune. Did a little spirited driving Friday evening and acceleration was awful. When you punched it, it would bog, hesitate and then sluggishly accelarate. Hooked up the Predator and logged. +3.91 & +2.34, +3.91 & +0.78, +3.12 & +0.78, And +5.47 & +2.34. Averaged ...

Instant Results?
Sometimes when you think to much you get confused. When you make an adjustment on your Predator (7194) to adjust the LTFTs. Are you INSTANTLY changing the amount of fuel to the engine and it takes a while for the computer to adjust to the added or decreased amount of fuel you have altered?

LTFTs, RPMs & MPHs
07 A6 C6, Predator 7194, 93 octane tune. Since LTFTs should be recorded at a certain RPM say 2000 RPMs which in my case is 55 MPH in 4th gear or 35 MPH in 3rd gear. Is it ok to log one time at 55 MPH in 4th gear and then compare adjustments made to those LTFTs with LTFTs taken at 35 MPH in 3rd gear ...

I have also asked this question in the past and after Monty's reply am even more confused. I thought the way to set the trim was to add bank one to bank two and divide by two to get a average. Then adjust this average number. In this case (+1.69) + (+4.69) = +6.38 divide by two = +3.19. I assume ...

07 A6 C6, OK checked and have no leaks or codes. Temperature 83 degrees. Performed three logs. First, bank one -2.34 and bank two -6.25. Second log, bank one -3.12 and bank two -5.47. Third log. bank one -2.34 and bank two -4.69. Now if I add the logs and divide by two I get the following averages ...

Exhaust Leaks & LTFTs

07 A6 C6, 7194 Predator, 93 octane tune, Callaway Honker and Magnaflow exhaust, whew! Back on April 2, 2010 I logged my car on a 63 degree day and the results were -1.56 and -1.17. Since the temps here were beginning to rise ( mid to lower 80s ) I suggested and you concurred to go +1 and I did. Two ...
