Thanks for the reply Mikel.
So are you saying that the tables exist, however once properly tuned one should not see the lower values.
I run 91 octane (CA highest), if I were to put in 87 octane (not that I would) and experience significant K.R. the ECM or PCM would use the lower timing values no ...

Timing tables with canned or custom tunes
I have a 2008 LS3 manual corvette with Diablew tune. The oem tune has two timing tables low and high (or normal) in which they revert to the low table when significant K.R. is present. On the Diablo sport tunes and Diablew custom tunes, are there two or one timing table?

Re: how to lower temp using Fan Control
I do not have a 160* T-stat so I do not know the recommended values. Maybe re-post asking for "recommended fan setting for 160 T-stat" might help.

Adjusting Parameters
If you adjust a parameter, i.e spark timing, on a custom tune and install that tune with the adjusted parameter, then restore back to the oem tune, then reinstall the custom tune: When you reinstall the custom tune is it the original custom tune or is it the custom tune with the adjusted parameter?

Re: how to lower temp using Fan Control
The Intune will allow you to start the fan at a lower temp and also adjust the speed of the fan: i.e. 196* @ 25%, 199* @ 35%, 203* @ 50% and so on. Just keep in mind that 90% is the maximum fan speed, some have fried the fan connector by setting the speed at 100% My coolant temp remains the same at ...

Re: Diablo tune questions
When the knock sensor trigger, they will pull timing out of the tune to prevent detonation. You do not hear the knock sensors pull timing, but you can sometimes feel the loss in hp at wide open throttle. Data log your runs to see if you are experiencing knock retard.

Will TCM support show up in a manual?
I know TCM support is only for automatic transmissions, but will the Intune show TCM support as a listed parameter even for a manual transmission vehicle?
I have an updated Intune with a Diablew tune and the Intune does not show TCM support.

:D Is there a way to get on an email list to be notified of updates to specific cars or firmware updates? Will Diablo post a notice on the forum ??

do you have dataviewer open on your computer?
Yes, but prior to the last update I had no issues with both DataViewer 3.3 and Intune running at the same time.

Intune goes into Remote Control Mode, Why?
When I plug my Intune to my PC it will automatically go to "Remote Control Mode" and the center spins around the D.S. logo as if it is trying to load or send data. I cannot back out of it. Then I unplug it and reconnect and it resumes back to the "Remote Control Mode". The top of the Intune reads ...

RE: Original backup gone after software update
Yes, all my data logs, custom tunes and oem tune Gone! However, I did back up everything onto my pc!!! Also, I restored the oem tune back into my car prior to any updates! So all was saved. The only issue I had after the update was installing my custom tune back into my car. The Intune said it was ...
