ok this will be my last post here. i just got off the phone with diablosportpower.com and have requested my rma number to return this "fine" product. while i know that diablo sport is a great company and has much to offer including custom tuning, i cant help but feel dirty from this whole expirance ...

thats such a shame. god forbid we modify something we payed good money for.

yes we almost all are. the intune has a huge problem working with dodge chrysler cars and trucks. you can try tech support but you have a 1 in 10 shot at getting it to work. youll have to wait for the new update to come out in a few days, but dont get to antsy they have been saying that for the ...

ok tech support was a big help (realy they were), they had me do some reseting of the updates and a few other settings. now the problem seems to be the when i go to write the tune, it refuses to save the factory tune and just says that it failed to save pcm tune. i have disconnected the battery 3 ...

ok 90% of the problem is now gone. intune is interfacing with my pc now, intune has also detects my tuck and boots up fine. now however, when i go to "write" my truck it tells me that there is a update and trys to update. but it does not update instead it gives me a (-5) error code. any help?

also i am running the file as admin.

i cant get the programer to load correctly on my computer. it updated but the whole time it kept restarting the software on the computer and i have no control over it.

now when i plug it in -
