Issue solved. There is conflicting info about where to put the custom file. I have a intune i3 platinum 8345 It did not recognize my custom tune when it was placed in the tunes folder. Only after moving it from the tunes folder to the root (main) directory did the tuner recognize it. All is well.

The tuner doesn't include am e85 canned tune so unless you have the correct monitoring tools to tune it yourself, a dyno tune is needed.

Wow, then I better go back to stock tune. I saw CAI and assumed that it was a stock 89 cai tune. Where can I get some info on what the tunes are for a magnum r/t.

unles you adjusted some things inthe QA menu, it should not change anything.
You can go in and increase line pressure, and try the auto upshift disable modes to see which one makes the trans act the way you like.
