This has been a problem with some 08's all along. They will not shift using raised shift points. It does not have anything to do with the mode setting. This has been going on for months now with the 08 and raised shift points. My tuner does a good job except for the raised shift points hits the rev limiter. Seems to me you guys could have fixed this by now or at least tried to on a local car. What is going on?

That is great news but I was told that you said a stock 5.7 didn't need raised shift points so I thought you were going to forget about it. Didn't mean to be harsh.

Why didn't you have this guy bring his car in so you could see and fix this issue? Actual dragstrip times have always shown(lxforums MFO) that the stock RT ran better times with increased shift points. That is why you offer it right?

I had downshifting problems with 8r20 on my 08 but 9r04 has cured that very well.

Have you tried raising the limiter up pretty high, like +4-500 rpm?

I raised it as high as it would go(+600). It hits the limiter on the 2-3 shift. I haven,t tried the 1-2 shift with this crom but with r902 it shifted fine 1-2 so I guess it still does. When I disable auto up shift I get 1 ...

I am still having a problem with my car hiiting the rev limiter. The tuner does seem to do everything else fine now and it didn't before when the tuner was killing my performance and shifting. I am using 9r04. Still no raised shift points.
