What about the Ford Vehicles. When will the intune be available for them?

Sounds like you have a dirty or faulty MAF sensor. The oil in after market filters some times collects and builds debris on the sensor wires. Try inspecting and cleaning MAF. Your mods should not lean it out that much. Hope this helps.
