Does anyone else on this forum run a trailblazer ss?

starting to thing computer is at fault not seeing on there try updates and tool says unable to tell registered but cant find were to register then i have also goten messages vin data base error when key up . i downloaded files from forum to update tool firm ware shows 1r01i all others missing (*)

ok so i own a 07 trailblazer ss and bought in tune came home tryed to get updated and keeps giving me greif i have a acer aspire one labtop and both items are pissing me off why will it not work did step by step first time but no files were there then hooked to truck said vin database error .so ...

Ok redid everything drag drop all things off forum and now I get vin data base error tuner has no record of my vin now what

I just purchased Intune for my 07 trailblazer ss and updated like said shows application 1r01i. Then goes saying files are all missing when I try to tune it says no Ecus found check ign key I also get vin database error
