That's a cute idea. I'm in Canada. I had to pay $25 for duties when I received it the first time after spending $37 to ship it to them. Now to ship it back with overnight shipping it just cost me $138 plus I'll have to pay duties when I get it back.

I'm having the exact same problem. Just got my PCM and Vin wasn't updated.

Is there any way that I can update the Vin myself or do I have to send it back in to you guys?

I just got my PCM back from you guys and it doesn't work, looks like they didn't update the Vin number. Still shows old Vin. Truck starts then shuts off and radio is locked.

I tried to send the info through "PCM mail-in" but I keep getting "There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later."

So I picked up a PCM from a 15 Ram. Can you guys unlock it and flash it with my current Vin? If so how do I go about sending it in?

Are you guys physically changing them in order to gain access?

You say that I can send in my PCM to be modified for $200, that's interesting. If that is the case, what's stopping the Trinity from being able to modify it? Why is there no way to update the programming in that thing ...

I get it, we all need to make money. I'm sure that I'm not the only one that doesn't like the idea of having to swap a PCM on my brand new truck

No point in comparing to other brands since they ultimately have the same goal, that is it to make money. I know they spend hours, days, months even trying to crack the software. So why would they bother wasting time when they can market it as "We have created a solution to tune 2015-2016 Chrysler ...

So instead of working to crack the code and allowing people to use the tuners that they have already purchased, they are taking advantage of another moneymaker instead. I guess it doesn't make sense to allow people to upgrade vehicles to a newer model and not have to purchase something from DS
