Re: Traction Control Disable - 2012 Charger RT
I heard, use the quick-adjust menu to adjust MDS settings to avoid any errors (this was with the E revision)
Traction-off is also really only for when you're on the dyno, btw.

No ETA, roger that.
It *is* coming, though, right? If I make my supercharger purchase, it is only a matter of time before I can use it?

CMR Support for 2011+ Dodge Gas Vehicles?
I almost picked up a kit to supercharge my Hemi, but found out that CMR doesn't fully support 2011+ yet?
Any ETA on full mapping and injector control for 2011+ 5.7 Dodge, specifically Charger?
Thanks.

Re: LT Knock and ST Knock Issues at Cruising Speeds
I ended up paying for a cmr tuner to make adjustment. His comment was that there was unnessesary spark advance. I got his file and now i have no LT or ST kr at cruise and only a blip of ST kr which is how it should be.
I didnt lose any performance at all, in fact, i gained a little.

Re: E update
I've been using E on my 2011 R/T Charger for the past couple of days without any issue. I have not changed any of the tune modify parameters yet.

Re: Does ECO Mode = MDS is on???
Agreed. Often, MDS will be on while the ECO light is on (not always!), but in reality, they are not related.txsport wrote:Eco mode equals throttle less than 20%. It has no relation to MDS directly.
Hope that helps.

Re: 93 Tune with 91 octane gas?????
I'm successfully doing this in my 5.7 hemi charger, but I'm at 5800 feet altitude.
If you run the 93 tune, data log looking for any knocks. If lots of knocks, then go back to 91 tune (or adjust the 93 tune). If no knocks, then I'd say you're fine.

Re: Trinity keeping my 2011 Charger R/T AWD awake.
The OBD-2 ports are always on. Its like that for all vehicles. Its not a switched 12V.
I figured. The Trinity would have an issue when it said "Turn car off" during tuning, if it were a switched 12V.
I'm using the 1r09c dcx gas CROM that I downloaded yesterday and still have the issue. I went ...

Re: Trinity keeping my 2011 Charger R/T AWD awake.
I was told on another forum that the 2011 OBDII port was different from other years? Not sure if true or even helps, but it was mentioned.
This is an issue with the 2011 OBD II ports I had this issue with the Aeroforce gauges that I have. Because they plug directly into the OBD II port. The guages ...

Re: Tuned my 2011 Charger R/T AWD
Stock tune knocks too.
But....
That's common. All Hemi's knock. They knock on the stock tune even. Its nothing to be worried about unless it gets high enough for the computer not to be able to compensate. I believe Mopar PCMs can pull up to 12 degrees of timing, so anything below that is not ...

Re: Tuned my 2011 Charger R/T AWD
Well, shoot.
Even with the 91 octane tune, on 91 fuel (Shell V-Power), at high RPM at WOT, (or maybe during shifts), i'm getting up to 4 degrees short term knock retard, (forgot to log it to file, d'oh!)
What should I do?
I've restored the stock tune, and will log again with johan's suggested ...

Tuned my 2011 Charger R/T AWD
My DS Trinity arrived today, so I updated it, loaded the latest CROM files, and dropped the 91 octane tune on my car.
I've been filling up with 91 (the best we have at the pump, at this altitude) for the past couple of weeks.
I think I feel it in the butt dyno! The throttle response definitely ...
