Unfortunately several people have had this problem when updating the trinity. It forces you to recalibrate and once you do, none of the tunes work canned or custom. The jeep stalls out. I am waiting for an answer to my problem.

I had the same issue. I figured I would update my trinity and when I reinstalled my custom hemifever tune the air suspension. Malfunction light came on then the jeep stalled.
