Last thing I did with it was re-install original backup tune before taking it to the dealer, then they updated the calibration to a newer one.

check to make sure the driver is installed, but the info you listed there says it did connect...

DSDL will NOT auto connect when I attach the tool even though Auto Connect and Select tool on start up are checked in the options, if I start dsdl myself it finds the tool fine. I tried several different ports too. I also just uninstalled/reinstalled ...

connect to DSDL, let it find the tool, click the cal updater button, load that to the car, then put the tunes back :)

I put a backup of the stock tune on my computer, on 2 different drives.

Well I did let the tool update the calibration, but I still got the error, your saying I need to install the calibration update then install the tune?

Can someone explain what's going on here? I returned my car to stock and took it to the dealer to get a ABS light looked at, they replaced a wheel sensor and sent me on my merry way, so I update my Trinity while it's not married then go to re-install the 91 tune and I get a message that says ...

Sounds like car going into limp mode. Were u "getting on it"? I know too much tire spin to fast will cause it to go into limp mode too. I was playing with the autostick once and not sure how or what I did, I was definetly on the throttle hard, and had the same thing happen.
