I think he's saying the canned tunes are crap and there's hardly any noticeable difference to justify an expensive tuner. I tend to agree.

I've had a predator and a Gen 1 5.7 and that tune was great. For a lot less money, noticeable difference in performance. This tune with the Trinity is crap and not noticeable ...

I have to agree, I don't see $600 worth of improvement. I wouldn't recommend anyone invest in a Trinity. (at least no-one with a 6.4 Chrysler).

Well I think you can put me down a good number of levels lower just to be safe. lol. I just went out and plugged mine in and it shows the same date you have so I guess you can scrap that idea. I even reselected the car a couple of times and it still comes up with 11/28.

I'm wondering if your problem isn't the fact that you have the date 11/28 rather than the 12/6 version of 'e'. I think there may be another thread about this.

Disclaimer: I'm just guessing, trying to help, I'm certainly no expert on Trinity's. I've owned one about the same length of time you have.

Yeah, fair enough. I understand after what you've been through. If I were you I wouldn't be doing it without a battery charger on at least.

Edit: And that's after making sure the battery is fully charged.

Plugged it in without the batter charger this morning. No messages about voltage. Then I installed another tune also without charger. No issues.

I didn't try without the charger. I wanted to avoid any possible issues not encourage them.

Ok, I did it. lol. Went ok. I loaded the 91 and 93 tunes, tried them both. Was a little hard to tell how much difference it made because there was too much traffic around to give a proper test. No issues, but I had a battery charger connected to the car set to 'supply'. There was no voltage issues ...

I've only done it with a predator before so I can't offer any experience with the Trinity. I'll say if you fart on the throttle and that gives you full gas then you know you've gone too far. ;) With the predator I started off setting it about mid way.
