I was trying to update my inTune i1000 and ran into some trouble. I connected the unit to the USB drive of my PC and double clicked on the inTune.exe file. It looked like several downloads were "prepared", "written" and "validated" to the device, but I received the following message on the device ...

ok yea it did go ahead with the update part but then it said update could not be completed? something about the version I had could not be replaced or something along those lines? Thanks for quick response...1r03a is the version it says right now

In the process of updating my intune to latest version. Got to last step and the unit just keeps displaying the word preparing and the spinning circle below it? Did I do something wrong or does this just take a very long time? It has been "preparing" for about 15-20 minutes now......
