Was able to update the firmware on my tuner, but it still says my vehicle is not supported. did you get an email from Vas with an update to try?
I did receive that update and it now recognizes the truck, but fails to backup PCM. Was on hold for over 30 minutes in the queue and gave up. Hopefully ...
