To modify the settings such as traction control, throttle boost, etc., select the green check box when asked whether you want to modify the tune (this is before the tune loads).

this is not 5 speed vs 8 speed thing, its simply an issue with our server not creating the correct files for you guys when you request the calibration update from our server, its being fixed now :)

The post theorizing that people tried to tune before tune was released and got calibration error on the PC side just need to go to vehicle and tune is wrong as well. There are a lot of inaccurate posts on various forums (often from people who don't seem to actually have a DCX unit and a 11-12 3.6L vehicle) saying that the problem has been solved but as of this evening it still hasn't.
