you can use the tuner to adjust the fan speeds for use with the 180 stat.
I was more talking concerning fuel settings.
But...concerning fan switch temperatures - I've never seen real changes after programming new switch on temperatures for fan.
Did it few times. Nothing changed. I've heard it is ...

Preloaded tunes and 180 termostat
Hi,
Could I use preloaded tunes with 180 degree thermostat ? Are the tunes able to adopt lower engin temperature in prospect of air to fuel mixture ?
Or I need to go for a custom tune ?
PS. Jeep GC 2012 hemi.

Re: Any PID to see the actual (not commanded) AFR ?
no, you need a wideband sensor to see the actual AFR.
Thanks, because I do worry. When I see the picture with actually flat desired AFR and knock retards when engine goes to load ... I do worry.
During the whole log (run) I saw only one moment where AFR went to reach.
Please see the pics just on ...

Ok, I will post it later, thanks !mikel wrote:well, it is not in that log, try the restore default PID option in the logging menu and try it again.

Re: knocks everywhere
You consider oil vapour via vent system could lead to knock ?mikel wrote:the tune cant change, so, if you develop knock you either got some bad gas or need a catch can, or something else changed...on the vehicle.
Thanks

Knock sensor voltage PID and DataViewer
I can select knock sensor voltage at the Intune and record it. But I never saw the option to see that pid at DataV. Might be I just missed that ?
Its important for me as sometimes I saw voltage 4.99 V at idle at one or at two banks. Some times zero and zero with the same fuel and weather in tank. I ...

Can not see and select diablo tunes after upgrade
Hi,
I've loaded custom tune. When I did flash I saw custom and preloaded diablo tunes available as well.
But after next upgrade diablo tunes have disappeared and now I can see and select only custom tune.
Any reason for that ?
WBR, Alex

Thanks in advance.

Re: Open loop AFR stick to to 14.53
One more log have been reviewed. So at WOT only straight line of AFR at 14.53 drops to 11.35 for few seconds. Means PCM can monitor the open loop AFR ?mikel wrote:The PCM cant actually monitor AFR in open loop, so theres not much to see there

latest 91 tune causes oil service indication
I wonder as I made a lot flashes since 2012, but after latest upgrade oils service indication pops up immediately after starting up. I'd saw it twice. After the tune (I'd cleared the message) and after the fast ajustments of the tune.
A little bit strange.
And the fan at slow speed starts at 71C ...

Re: Open loop AFR stick to to 14.53
Thanks, but in previous logs I'd saw moving open loop AFR. More or less in accordance with desired AFR.

Open loop AFR stick to to 14.53
Hi, folks
I made 91 tune. JGC 2012, Hemi. Than I wrote two logs.
I wonder that desired AFR had been changing (as it should be) and open loop A had not.
Just straight line of open loop AFR value and min -max-actual figure glue at 14.53
If oxygen sensor is out of function it will not be such ...
