I've been having this exact same issue for the last month as well. So far, no update or suggestion from the guys at DS has helped. It's frustrating, but I'm just glad to hear I'm not alone on this.

I'll try this a couple more times (have tried about 20 thus far) and see if it works for me. If not, might give the Trinity a shot instead.

Yeah, and I'm still having this exact same problem. Planning on throwing in the towel soon and returning the InTune DCX soon.

Mike, can you tell me if people are experiencing the same issues with the 11+ Challengers using the Trinity? If not, I think I'll simply try to do an exchange and upgrade.

Just out of curiosity, are you guys working on a 93 Octane tune for the 11+ Chryslers / Dodge / Jeep vehicles? If so, is there idea you can give us on when that might be available?
