If you just do a canned tune, does everything function? Is it only after stepping outside the canned tune when you start seeing the issues? I applied the 91 canned tune to my 2014 and everything continues to function like it should.

I previously purchased the InTune DCX for my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7 Overland and was running the 91 canned tune on it. Had issues initially getting it loaded, but worked with tech support and all was good.

This happened to me as well. I had to get on with tech support, they reset the tuner (had to provide various codes on the tool), and then tried again and all was good. You may need to wait on hold for a good 30 minuts or so, however once you get through they should be able to get your squared away ...

What ever happened with this? Did you get your truck straightened out?

It should be labeled "Diablo" which is the 93 tune.

I think when I first tuned the car, i'm not sure if it appeared or not. I think 91 was the first option. After I pushed that to the vehicle I now see "Diablo" above the 91.

Thanks for the replies. To be on the safe side, I'm going to stick with the 91 tune and run 93 gas. The Jeep has been running like a champ with no issues and much more responsive than it was previously. I'd be interested in a CMR tune for further refinement, but I'm happy with the canned 91.

I had the same issue with my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7 HEMI. Apparently an update was released a few hours ago. I called tech support, we reset my inTune, loaded the updated, hooked up to the Jeep and everything worked like a champ.

After the update, it worked for me today on my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7L HEMI

Thanks, registration went through. Phone support got me all squared away as well. There was an issue updating the calibration on the vehicle. We reset the inTune tool, downloaded some files, reran against the vehicle and its working like a champ now!

I just received my inTune DCX and am attempting to register my vehicle via the update tool. I have a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7L HEMI.

If I select 2012, the only makes that show up are CADILLAC, CHEVROLET, FORD, and GMC. What am I doing wrong?
