Fuel trim wrong reading!

I'm trying to log my fuel trim and o2s voltage on my intune but getting an inaccurate reading on them, i know this bacause i've try a reliable scantool and they are not even close. Are these important PIDs not supported on my car? chrysler 300 3.5L
